Cholatse climbing expedition - Qualification

Cholatse belongs to the group 'Trekking Peaks', but is a tougher and more technical mountain to climb. All routes are seen as tougher with the North face as the real challenge, equal or harder than Eigers North face, as it's not only hard to climb but also around 2000 meter higher than Eiger as well. We will climb the Southwest ridge, which is seen as the route with the best chance to summit. Cholatse is almost 6500 meters high and as it is a bigger challenge than for example Island Peak and Mera Peak, we find the mountains more suitable for clients with previous alpine experience.

Your physical and mental health must be good. You should be prepared for trekking days of 4-6h and some days even longer.
